Quinoa Vodka Exists

Quinoa, long considered a super-food, is now a super-booze. Quinoa Vodka exists, and appears to be aimed at anyone on a clear-booze and grain diet, or snooty vodka connoisseurs looking for a complete protein.

Created with fair-trade Bolivian quinoa, the French vodka is 40% ABV. Mix it with other fair-trade, artisanal ingredients to make the most pretentious cocktail ever. Then, over drinks, you can impress your less-refined guests with your knowledge of fair-trade, complete amino acid chains, and how it’s pronounced ‘keen-wa.’

Outer Space Vodka, The Booze Is Out There

outer-space-vodka

There’s certainly enough fancy vodkas out there to go around, but they’re all so terrestrial. Outer Space Vodka is not of this earth — or, at least that’s what the makers would like you to believe.

The clear spirit’s claim to fame, besides being sold in an alien’s noggin, is that the liquor is filtered through meteorites. Now, we’re not exactly sure how this process helps, but if I get to have a glass alien head around afterwards, sign me up.

Crystal Head Vodka Bottle Wall Sconce

crystal-head-sconce

If you haven’t already used your Crystal Head Vodka Bottle in the interest of forensic science, the beautifully-designed bottle can be repurposed as a decorative wall sconce.

Brought to us by Moonshine Lamp Co., the sconces are outfitted with said head-bottle fixed to a brass or oil-rubbed bronze base, with a candelabra-type bulb inserted.

Get a few for your new skull room, or to help light the ugly guy you made from your last empty vodka bottle.

Salty Caramel Apple Vodka Exists

Although it wasn’t on the list of vodkas we wish existed… Salty Caramel Apple Vodka is now a thing.

Brought to us by UV Vodka — the folks who answered our Sriracha Vodka prayers — the caramel apple vodka replicates the sweetness of a candy apple, with a little salt to help round out its assault on your palate.

Mix it with some cider and throw in a zombie hand to really help get into the Halloween spirit.

Bacon Bloody Mary Popsicles With Bacon Sticks Because You Deserve It

bloody-mary-popsicle

Why should kids have all the fun, with their little frozen treats on a stick? Well, they can keep their Creamsicles and Bomb Pops, because Bacon Bloody Mary Popsicles are now available for the adults.

Brought to us by our friends at Thrillist, the popsicles are made by infusing vodka with bacon for Bloody Marys, then making boozicles. The best part, and to make sure that we reach our bacon quotient, the popsicles are impaled onto breadsticks wrapped in candied bacon. Take that, Bomb Pop.

Have a few of the popsicles handy, the next time you wake up hungover and warm. See the full recipe and ingredient list here.
