The Hungry Man TV Dinner Burger

Burger joint PYT is at it again. This time, they’re trying to encourage you to eat your dessert first and in front of the TV, with the Hungry Man TV Dinner Burger.

Again, forgoing the traditional bun, PYT created deep-fried mashed potato cakes for buns. Sandwiched in-between is a real Salisbury steak patty, topped with homemade gravy, carrots, peas and onions.

The only thing missing… The first course of that brownie-like substance.

The BrewBurger, A Beer-Filled Burger That Requires ID To Order

Enjoy a beer with your burger, do ya? Well, you could now save a lot of time just by ordering the BrewBurger.

Brought to us by Scottish brewers and squirrel enthusiasts, BrewDog, the burger is an aged beef patty topped with Comté cheese. Also included are beer-fried onions using BrewDog’s Punk IPA, a BBQ reduction made from BrewDog’s Paradox Imperial Stout, and bacon glazed with BrewDog’s 5AM Saint.

All that sounds great… But only if you’re of drinking age, as the burger contains enough alcohol that it requires ID. It’s suggested that you pair the BrewBurger with a BrewDog Bourbon Baby, and call a cab while you’re at it.

Deep-Fried Ellio’s Pizza Burger

You know that pizza burger you order at the diner, with marinara and melted mozzarella on top? Well, that’s child’s play.

PYT, known for their hatred of standard bread buns, is back with the Deep-Fried Ellio’s Burger. For those keeping score — that’s a meatball patty, with melted provolone and mozzarella, covered with homemade marinara. Added bonus… The ‘buns’ are frozen pepperoni Ellio’s Pizza, deep-fried.

How To Eat A Hamburger, According To Science

When it comes to eating that burger… You’re doing it all wrong. At least that’s what a few Japanese scientists would have you believe.

In news that should surprise no one who’s been keeping track on Japan — TV show Honma Dekka!? actually enlisted scientists for a four month study on how to properly hold a hamburger. The results… The Japanese eggheads have determined that a good grip with even finger distribution is the way to go.

The reason this consistent grip so important, is that it keeps your burger’s contents from sliding out of the bun. Apparently patties are heavily-lubed in Japan, but far be it from us to argue with science.
