Bread Cats Are Loaves of Adorableness

Cats and carbs have never looked better together than with Bread Cats. Although these particular felines aren’t edible — they’re actually vinyl toys by Rato Kim.

Totally collectible, as each Bread Cat has a unique facial expression — Kim is currently taking pre-orders for the next batch.

Surprise Bread Hides Images In Every Slice

In what could be the greatest thing since boring sliced bread without images inside, Japanese baker, RAN (@konel_bread), creates loaves of surprise bread.

Contained in every slice are cute characters, animal patterns, or whatever this creative baker can stuff in there with colored doughs. See more below and over at Instagram.

Embroidered Bread Is The Best Invention

Sliced bread is nice and all. You can toast it, spread butter on it, or put a lot of bacon in between it. Slovakia-based artist, Terézia Krnáčová, is here to improve upon ordinary sliced bread by embroidering it.

Everyday Bread is a fun project, where Krnáčová sews different patterns on six slices of bread, while leaving one untouched to represent the Sabbath. Sunday, coincidentally, is a great day for bacon sandwiches.

Leopard Bread Shows Its Spots

Looking to add some visual interest and a possible camouflage to your baked goods? Leopard Milk Bread, brought to us by Patricia Nascimento of Coco e Baunilha, is here to help.

The bread is created using several doughs, flavored and colored with vanilla and cocoa. So, the bread will probably be as delicious as it is aesthetically-pleasing and inconspicuous. Recipe here.
