The drunk snack/breakfast perfectly combines Montreal’s favorite late night snack with the awesomeness of waffles. Enjoy a stack of your own… Preferably on Saint Catherine Street at 3 a.m.
When the Vulgar Chef is in Montreal and he’s feeling inspired, stuff like Poutine Doughnuts happens.
The requisite fries are formed into the doughnut ring, then topped with brown gravy and cheese curds. Holy merde!

Brought to us by The Vulgar Chef, the Doritos Crusted Corn Dog Grilled Cheese combines a few of our favorite things… grilled cheese, corn dogs, Doritos, and excessive swearing.
First, the already near-perfection that is a grilled cheese. Chef then stuffs that with corn dogs and, while we’re already going off the rails here, he crusts the grilled cheese with some Doritos. Favorite thing ever.

We recently learned that when you anger The Vulgar Chef with uninspired cookbooks, stuff like the 100% Cheese Whoopie Pie happens.
Made with a mac and cheese bun, the filling is made complete with a few sprays of Easy Cheese.
So, please step it up, cookbook writers. We do not know what this man is capable of next. Actually, keep doing what you’re doing… Foodiggity needs the material.

How do we improve upon the greatness that is lasagna? First, The Vulgar Chef gets involved. He then replaces flat pasta noodles with mac and cheese, and ordinary meat with the far superior bacon.
