Liu, drawing from her love of pop culture, creativity, and kawaii, invents animals such as a unicorn-whale hybrid and recreates Star Wars and Winnie the Pooh characters.

Valentine’s Day approaches, and since neither of you is getting any younger, it may be time to get engaged. And, if you were planning to gift some candy or fancy dessert along with your ring, you might as well kill two birds with one stone, lover.
Dough-knots is the romantic gesture that any future spouse would appreciate. The glazed rings come as a pair, with one containing an edible strawberry diamond. So, you can pop the question and then both pop some donuts in your pie-hole. How romantic.

Here at Foodiggity, we don’t use the term “hero” very often. However, when a bride decides to use donuts instead of flowers in her bouquet, we say, “get that woman a cape.”
The sweet arrangements were made possible by Australian bakery, Dessert Boxes, after they ran a contest to find a willing bride. Paige Kirk was the blushing, dessert-laden bride, along with her bridesmaids, who also carried donut bouquets.
No mention what the wedding cake looked like, but honestly, who cares? Mazal tov!
With the release of Wonder Woman, and the movie’s 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the DC heroine deserves a batch of donuts. Jenn Fujikawa is on it.
