Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake Is For Lovers

Once Red Velvet Oreos became a reality, it was inevitable that people would lose their collective minds. Case in point… The Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake.

Brought to us by the Vulgar Chef, the cheesecake is made by creating an Oreo crust and the cheese innards, then sprinkling more crushed Oreos over top. Check out the recipe and technique here… if you can handle chef’s saucy language.

Red Velvet Cake Beer Exists

You drink pumpkin ales, Christmas beers, summer and spring brews… You’re seasonal, we get it. So, why no love for Valentine’s Day?

Bleeding Heart, by Georgia-based Second Self Beer Company, is here to change all of that with a red velvet cake beer, just in time for Valentine’s. The amber ale is brewed with cocoa to act as the cake part, and vanilla to step in as the icing. It’s the first in a planned series of Valentine’s beers.

Bleeding Heart is currently only available at Second Self Beer Company… so you’ll probably just have to grab some Red Velvet Oreos and your favorite sixer this year. So romantic.

Red Velvet Oreos Exist

A few months ago, we were teased with the possibility that Red Velvet Oreos were becoming a reality. However, the grainy camera-phone photos and stories of shenanigans quickly squelched the rumors.

Now, the bigfoot of sandwich cookies is a reality. The limited edition Oreos will arrive on Feb. 2 — just in time to help saturate your food aisles even further with Red Dye #40-influenced foodstuffs for Valentine’s Day.

People was nice enough to offer a taste test of the cookies… So you can decide whether the red Oreos will enhance, or completely destroy, the one day of the year you get to express love.

Red Velvet Oreos May Or May Not Exist

OK, people… Try to remain calm. It’s all been leading up to this, and this is what you’ve been trained for.

Photos of Red Velvet Oreos have surfaced. Although, Nabisco is being rather cryptic about the cookie’s actual existence, their official comments have left the door open for an eventual mass production.

Cookie conspiracy theorists have already weighed-in on the authenticity of the packaging, and a few marketing students have staked claim to the shenanigans.

Either way, based on the attention this apparent hoax has already received, we believe that Nabisco will eventually do the right thing. That is, to start making some Red Velvet Oreos, pronto. Then, take Candy Corn Oreos out back and have them shot.

Red Velvet Corn Dogs Are The Best Of Both Worlds

If you enjoy the sophistication of red velvet, but want to keep it real in a ‘State fair’ kind of way, the Red Velvet Corn Dog is here to help.

Straight from the mind of The Vulgar Chef, the red batter-covered hot dog will make you look like a million bucks in front of your friends still eating ordinary yellow corn dogs.

That is until everyone gets to the same yummy core. Hot dogs bridge gaps, people.
