Enter, the Churro Dog… A dessert concoction that not only improves upon the already perfect churro, but might just replace traditional hot dogs altogether.
The Churro Dog is actually a new offering at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Now to the important stuff… One churro, topped with three scoops of frozen yogurt, whipped cream, chocolate and caramel sauce, all placed within a chocolate-glazed donut.
How many calories are in the Churro Dog? Who cares? Go Diamondbacks!! Go Churro Dog!!
Although we may have already witnessed the apex of alternative Oreo flavors with Red Velvet, it appears that we now have a contender for close second.
Images of Cotton Candy Oreos have leaked, which means that we are on a fast track to an upgrade in the snack aisle. And, it appears that the creme-filling is both blue and pink — so the boys and girls don’t have to fight over them. Even though, both colors are merely sugar-flavored. Now we wait.

When Nick from Dude Foods has some ready-made croissant and cookie dough laying around, stuff like Crookies happens.
By simply cutting the two doughs into triangles and rolling them together, Nick then bakes it into the perfect dessert hybrid. The verdict… Very good. Of course it is… it’s a croissant and a cookie.

When dinosaurs ruled dessert… Jurassic Sweet is brought to us by Spanish designer Alejo Malia. The illustration series shows us what it might look like if dinosaurs were combined with sweet desserts.
The T-Rex is made a bit less intimidating after being covered in pink frosting and sprinkles to become Donutsaurus Rex — while the Oreosaurus’ armor is made up of delicious sandwich cookies.
Unfortunately, the sweet dinosaurs were wiped out by hungry dinner guests accompanied by large glasses of milk.
