Chef Crusoe isn’t your average cooking show host. That’s because hosts aren’t usually adorable canines with thick Italian accents.

In this demo, the miniature dachshund whips up the Italian appetizer known as Bruschetta. Although, Chef Crusoe is one of those who likes to eat the ingredients while he cooks, he does properly pronounces ‘bruschetta.’ Giada would be proud.
