Mason Jar Salads Apparently Exist

OK, hipsters. We didn’t mind when you created a cocktail shaker out of a mason jar, or when you turned your signature container into a travel mug. But Mason Jar Salads? And, according to Gothamist, this movement didn’t originate in Brooklyn?!? I don’t even know you anymore, hipsters. Enjoy your little jarred salads… We’re outta here.

But seriously — people apparently love these. And when we say “people,” we mean Pinterest-trolling vegans. There’s also a proven method to the perfect jar-o-salad — see below.
