The Slice Skin Cake is brought to us by Britain-based cake designer Gillian Bell. Crafted to resemble sutured flesh — it’s the perfect cake for a horror movie fan, or a very bad surgeon. No mention what the skin cake is filled with — but we can only hope it’s red velvet.
