Dad Creates Amazing Toast Sculptures For His Kids Every Morning

Toasted white bread can be pretty boring… even if butter and jelly are involved. Adam Perry knows this and, because of his daughter’s food allergies, decided to add some dimension to her mundane morning toast.

His daily project, 2 Slices of Toast, is a series of fun sculptures made from nothing more than some butter and toasted bread. Adam keeps it interesting for the kids by creating fun characters, everyday objects and landmarks — while occasionally making his toast topical. Toasteroid, A Toaster That Will Print Whatever You Want On Your Boring Bread

Sure, there are plenty of toasters that will print images on your bread. However, these are limited to the same image over and over again, making your mornings even that much more routine and mundane. Enter, Toasteroid… The toaster that’ll print whatever you’d like on your bread. Morning, improved!

Simply use the Toasteroid app, and either select icons from their collection, or create your own. Then the toaster’s microfilament heating technology will produce the image on that formerly boring slice of bread.

Get creative by toasting messages, emojis, or your doodles. You can even use the toaster to help provide you a weather report… forecast, butter with a good chance of jelly.

A Knife That Toasts Bread While It Slices Is The Best Invention

The process of slicing bread, and then placing it in the toaster, takes up too much time in the morning. Thankfully, there are inventors like Colin Furze looking out for you, who’s created the Toasting Knife.

Hooked up to a microwave transporter, a modified electric knife blade is heated up enough that it will toast your bread while it slices. Although, it is not an ideal toasting, it’s no worse than the first slice that we burn every morning. Please watch this.

If you’re a bit unclear on the object of the game, you’re not alone. It appears that you control your bread, while it makes its way through various rooms, before it’s inevitably toasted and buttered.

Which makes I Am Bread either the silliest thing we’ve ever seen, or the greatest thing since one of those inventions that made our lives easier… can’t think of any at the moment, it’s early.
