There’s a Salami of the Month Club

December 5, 2013 by Chris Durso

Salami-Of-The-Month-Club-By-Olympic-Provisions-1

Sure, you’ll probably be getting your membership to the jelly of the month club again this year — but there’s so cured meats involved. Brought to us by Olympic Provisions, the Salami of The Month Club will provide a new salumi product to your door every month.

And, these guys don’t mess around, as they employ what they call a ‘Salumist.’ We’re not sure what that is, but it sounds like a reaaally awesome salami guy.

Salami Notes

May 14, 2013 by Chris Durso

If you rely heavily on post-it notes to remember stuff and enjoy cured Italian meats, Salami Notes are here to help. Brought to us by Doiy, the meaty notes will help remind you of important events — especially if you need to buy more salami.

Go old-school and hang your new reminder notes from the ceiling.

Animal Salumi Bookends

April 16, 2013 by Chris Durso

If you like cured meats and own more than one book — then we’ve found your newest set of bookends. Animal Bookends are beautifully-designed by Arthur Yung. When holding books, they appear to be nothing more than two halves of a pig or cow with an unfortunate book-shaped mid-section.

But when separated, the bookends reveal yummy salumi inside. Maybe I’ll finally take up reading.

Salami CD

January 4, 2011 by Chris Durso

Salami CDDo you enjoy deli meats and antiquated media? The Salami CD is printed and packaged to look like a slice of salami.

And before you go ahead and assume that the CD’s contents are Italian opera or Sinatra’s Greatest Hits, it is actually the work of a Lithuanian musician named SHIDLAS. The ALL CAPS leads us to believe that this is serious music.
