In addition to being the creator of Foodiggity.com, I’m also the father of an eight-year-old. And, when most of the material covered on your site could best be described as ‘juvenile food-related nonsense,’ a curious youngster is gonna wanna get involved.
It began innocently enough with, “Dad… What if you made States, but like, they were made of food, like?” My response was something along the lines of, “That’s been done to death already, son… Go to bed.” Then, the heir to the Foodiggity empire added, “But what if they like had funny names like New Pork or New Jerky, like?” Now, we were on to something.
So, with an idea set forth by an eight year-old, and contributions from Dad and others, we give you The Foodnited States of America.

If you’ve never watched Bob’s Burger, or just haven’t paid much attention to the running gag of ‘Burger of The Day’ — then The Bob’s Burger Experiment won’t make any sense, and we feel sorry for you. For those in the know, the Tumblr site looks to recreate each pun-fueled burger from Bob’s chalkboard.
The results are nothing short of awesome, albeit a bit questionable in the taste department. However, the “Don’t You Four Cheddar Bout Me” looks delightful.
When you combine food, hip-hop artists, terrible puns, and even worse use of Photoshop — you get DJs You Can Eat.
Enjoy the rhythm of ‘Grand Pasta Flash,’ or an anthropomorphic slab of fish as ‘Andy Sea Bass.’ Although, in most cases, the food item’s fame far exceeds that of the artist. But I could be down for some Flanny — whoever that is.
