It’s winter, beer is good, and we all like warm hugs. Now, we can get in on the winter theme while we drink, by becoming an adorable drunk snowman.

Russian beer, Ochakovskiy, along with agency DDVB, has come up with creative packaging for their Limited Edition Winter Ale. When brought up to your face to drink, you’ll appear to have a snowman carrot nose.

Hold the can up long enough, and surely someone will give you a warm hug.

Creative Pro Uses Adobe Suite Chocolates As Self-Promotion

Landing a design gig is hard, but there’s always creative ways to grab a hiring manager’s attention. Brooklyn-based creative pro, April Hansen, knows this and has come up with a great way to land the job.

Adobe Suite Chocolate Bars use the icons of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as its packaging, with some added creative flair. Check the back of the bars for nutritional info and April’s skill set.

Hopefully the chocolates are effective. And, if not… Do you really want to work for someone who doesn’t like chocolate?

Drink The Force With Star Wars Lightsaber Straws

drink-the-force-2The force is strong in this cup. These beverage packaging concepts, by Peru-based art director Christian Rivera, shows LEGO versions of Jedis and Siths holding lightsabers.

What makes these seemingly ordinary soft drinks strong, is that the straws become an extension of the character’s weapons. Hopefully, we see these concepts in some capacity soon — so we can suck up some force.

Artist Reinterprets Brand Logos With Hand-drawn Illustration and Typography

nutella-hand-drawn

Graphic artist and calligrapher, David Milan, has a new project for the brand-loyal typophiles out there.

David uses his illustration and lettering skills to recreate familiar brand logos by hand. Nutella becomes even more appealing [if that’s even possible] with an elegant hand-drawn typeface — while 7-11 now looks nothing like the place you’d find murder-dogs and Slurpees at.

Check out more below, and more of Milan’s work over on Instagram.

If you have a hard time expressing yourself during special occasions, and you’re often described as “cheeky,” then Delicate Estates Wine Labels are here to help.

Whether you need to sarcastically wish someone a happy birthday, or to help a loved-one get through a painful break-up — nothing will do it better, and as emotionally-vacant, than these labels.

The best part, is that after you’ve done your job with words, there’s wine involved. You’re such a great friend.
