The Facehugger Fritter Will Probably Not Digest Well

facehugger

If you’ve ever seen Alien, then you know that alien symbiotes are best when they’re not inside of you. That is unless said alien is a delicious fritter.

Created by baker/donut artist Timmy Hanno, aka archiehemmingway, the facehugger donut was created for his “Ripley,” who is a big fan of the movies. No mention how dinner went later that night.

He also made an actual Alien head…

This Is The First Donut In Space

space-donut

The USA has always been a pioneer of space travel and donut technology. However, it took a few Norwegian scientists to send the first donut into space.

The First Donut In Space was made possible by attaching a strawberry-frosted donut to a weather balloon, and letting it ascend into the stratosphere. The only bad part is that good things eventually come to an end, and the donut quickly plummets back to Earth.

The Swedish Sea Rescue Society was needed to recover the grounded space donut. No mention if they got to eat it.

Krispy Kreme Bacon Hot Dog Is Here To Help Save Baseball

Krispy_Kreme_Donut_Dog

After the Churro Dog was introduced, and immediately made baseball more interesting, along comes a food item that will make nine innings seem like a monster truck rally in an active volcano.

The Krispy Kreme Bacon Hot Dog sees your Churro Dog and raises you a doughnut, bacon, tubed meat and raspberry jelly. The franken-food is being served to unsuspecting patrons at Frawley Stadium in Wilmington, DE. — home to the minor-league Blue Rocks.

Unfortunately, the concoction is without a proper name. So, they’re crowdsourcing official names for this thing, and rewarding winners with tickets to a baseball game. Just make sure to grab a Krispy Kreme Doughnut while you’re there — it’ll help.

The Taco Donut Is Everything We’ve Ever Wanted In A Food Item

Imagine a world where donuts and tacos could join forces, forming one glorious super food. Well that time is now, and the Taco Donut is our new hero.

The Taco Donut has been brought to us by a few enthusiastic redditors, and is made possible with the use of 3D-printing. A donut cutter was made that not only creates a circle with a donut hole, but also forms a pocket in the dough to place taco filling.

Once the two halves of the donut come together, the Taco Donut is fried and topped with queso frosting, guacamole, cilantro and hot sauce. It’s the franken-food you deserve.

Jurassic Sweet, Dinosaurs As Delicious Desserts

jurassic-sweet

When dinosaurs ruled dessert… Jurassic Sweet is brought to us by Spanish designer Alejo Malia. The illustration series shows us what it might look like if dinosaurs were combined with sweet desserts.

The T-Rex is made a bit less intimidating after being covered in pink frosting and sprinkles to become Donutsaurus Rex — while the Oreosaurus’ armor is made up of delicious sandwich cookies.

Unfortunately, the sweet dinosaurs were wiped out by hungry dinner guests accompanied by large glasses of milk.
