It’s comforting to know that if we ever wanted to print something the same exact color as our favorite food, it’s now possible. Artist Inka Mathew proves this, with Tiny PMS Match — perfectly matching food to a Pantone color swatch.

Emojis are currently the best way to express yourself, via your mobile keyboard. But what if some of these handy little graphics came to life and existed in the wild?
Artist and master of minimalism, Peechaya Burroughs, took on Instagram’s recent weekend hashtag project of ‘Emoji In The Wild’, recreating these icons using actual food and making them interactive.

Coffee spills are gonna happen. So, why not make these unfortunate little accidents as adorable as possible?
Coffee Monsters, by German creative professional Stefan Kuhnigk, sees the potential in these brown splotches. After some pencil to paper, Stefan turns coffee spills into adorable little creatures.

As we get older, the only reason we seem to get jealous of little kids, besides their boundless energy, is that they still get to order McDonald’s Happy Meals.
But what if Mickey Ds cared about adults, as much it caters to impressionable kids? The result is a fun fictional series by Buzzfeed, where they illustrated a series of Adult Happy Meals.

We’ve had it a little too good with our fancy milk cartons. It’s time to get back to basics, and dispense our milk like our teat-squeezing ancestors did.
Vache Á Lait, or ‘Milk Cow,’ is a fun dairy-dispenser that simulates the process of milking a cow. It includes a set of udders that, if properly squeezed, will allow your milky bounty to flow.
Brought to us by Design Studio 55, the project was submitted for the Milk Factory’s ‘What’s Next for Milk?’ competition. It’s also a call to action, hoping that we could at least form an appreciation for basic living. Your fancy cartons can’t do that.
