The Luchador Bottle Opener Will Get A Stranglehold On Your Cerveza

May 5, 2014 by Chris Durso

Sure, you could simply open a bottle… Or you could give that bottle cap a flying leg scissor takedown off the top turnbuckle, with a Luchador Bottle Opener.

The tiny Mexican wrestler will make quick work of any cerveza, getting that tasty beverage open faster than you can say, “lucha libre.”

Available in red, black, and blue. Made of ABS plastic with stainless steel opener. Available at The Foodiggity Shop.

It’s Cinco de Mayo, and you’re going to need some proper cookies. Beth from Hungry Happenings is here to help get the cookie fiesta started with Sombrero Piñata Cookies.

The adorable treats are made to look like little sombreros, with a surprise inside… M&Ms. And, as we all know, nothing says “fiesta,” quite like sombreros and piñatas. Well, maybe cerveza.

So, a reminder… Pick up cookie ingredients and beer. You’re welcome.

Piñata Cookies

April 26, 2012 by Chris Durso

This Cinco de Mayo, besides having some bad Tex-Mex and watered-down Margaritas, you can whip up a batch of Piñata Cookies. Brought to us by She Knows, the colorful cookies are a fun way to get into the spirit, without having to climb a tree, or risk getting whacked with a wiffle ball bat.

Check out more photos and the step-by-step instructions here.
