The Greatest Food Culture Site Ever*
Let’s face it… a fortune cookie is the least fortunate part of any Chinese meal. Unless, of course, you get some bad Moo Goo Gai Pan.
However, the Japanese know a good food gimmick opportunity when they see one — so Felissimo stuffs their cookies with tiny cats. Although the little felines aren’t edible, they are hand-painted and very collectible.
Unfortunately, the cats do not provide Chinese lessons, or lottery numbers that don’t work.

Cats are the undisputed champions of mindless internet entertainment. So, it only makes sense that they should get to run their own restaurant on the internet. And, if this were to ever happen, it also makes sense that this would take place in Japan.
