Space Out With Galaxy Eclairs

February 27, 2018 by Chris Durso

Launch your dessert-eating into the stratosphere with Galaxy Eclairs. Brought to us by Musse Confectionery in the Ukraine, the spaced-out confection is made possible with creative use of glaze.

The filling, we assume it’s creme — but let’s pretend that there’s other, lesser galaxies inside.

Cat Eclairs Because Japan

February 25, 2015 by Chris Durso

To help celebrate Japan’s National Cat Day, which coincidentally is also Ninja Day, six adorable Cat Eclairs were created.

Brought to us by Caroline & Laura’s Tea Break, the cats are made to not only be totally adorbz, but they’re positioned to hold various treats. The only thing better would be ninja cat eclairs… or Burt Reynolds.

Rainbow Éclairs And Other Cream-Filled Art

September 11, 2013 by Chris Durso

Éclairs, or as we refer to them here at Foodiggity, “Cream Torpedos,” have gotten a significant upgrade. Brought to us by French pastry chef, Christophe Adam, he transforms our torpedos into works of art almost too good too eat. Almost.

In addition to rainbow éclairs, Adam uses creative ingredients, and in some cases digital printing, to make these very fattening masterpieces. They can be seen/bought/consumed at Adam’s concept store, L’éclair de Génie, located in The Marais.

Lacoste Eclairs

June 12, 2013 by Chris Durso

For the cream-filled dessert enthusiast, who’s also kind of a label whore, there’s Lacoste Eclairs. The preppy treats were created by French bakery, Fauchon, to help celebrate Lacoste’s 80th anniversary.

Just make sure that while enjoying your Lacoste Eclair — label out, collar up, yuppie.
