This Ice Cream Sandwich Made with Black and White Cookies Is Everything

Look to the cookie, Elaine… Especially if it’s two black and white cookies acting as an ice cream sandwich and rolled in everything bagel spice.

That’s what New York City’s Kossar’s and Ice & Vice are doing to help celebrate National Sandwich Month. Ice & Vice’s Mexican vanilla ice cream is sandwiched between Kossar’s famous black and white cookies, which is then rolled in everything bagel spice. So, all the flavor profiles are accounted for… sweet, savory, salty, and cookie-y. Cookie-y is a thing.

The ‘Everything Black’ is available at Kossar’s (367 Grand Street) and Ice & Vice (221 East Broadway) until August 7th.
