What’s Cooking, Uncle Sam? is an exhibit of wonderful food ephemera and propaganda that explores the U.S. Government’s influence on our eating habits throughout history.
From ‘Farm’ to ‘Table’, the exhibit explores the government’s role in influencing everything from agricultural practices to their effect on our appetites. But be forewarned, misguided food advertising and old-timey photos are involved.
The exhibit runs until January 3, 2012 at The National Archives Building in Washington D.C.
