This Porcelain Polar Bear Will Gladly Go Fishing For Your Tea Bag

December 5, 2014 by Chris Durso

Polar bears are really good ice fishers… true story. So, it only makes sense that one would look great sitting on your cup, holding your tea bag for you.

Shirokuma, by Japanese studio Necktie, is a porcelain tea bag holder equipped with a fishing polar bear. Simply dunk your tea bag, wrap the end around your bear’s trusty fishing pole, and steep away.

The best part, besides the adorable bear, is that he sits atop a plate that’ll keep your tea warm while it steeps. Now see if he can get my ring that fell in the tea.
