The Fat Unicorn Cake Is Your Adorbz of The Day

Sure, you could slap a horn and pastels on virtually anything, and it immediately becomes unicorn-themed. But, what if unicorning our food wasn’t so glamorous, and our magical animal was nothing more than a pudgy cake-eater?

The Fat Unicorn Cake tries to answer this question — complete with pinks, purples and our horned beast. However, this unicorn got a bit over-indulgent, feasted on its own cake, and is now too stuffed to move.

Not so magical now, are you, fat unicorn? It’s OK, we’ve all been there.

Unicorn Cereal Exists, Will Make Breakfast Magical

Regardless of your zodiac sign, or your feelings about excessive pink and purple hues — 2017 was the year of the unicorn. There were Unicorn Frappuccinos, Unicorn Pizza and Unicorn Macarons to name some of the food-based unicorn hysteria.

Now, the majestic animal wants to brighten up 2018 and your breakfast table, with Unicorn Cereal. Brought to us by Kellogg’s, the cereal is similar to Froot Loops. However, instead of the colors of a fruit rainbow, Unicorn Cereal will be cupcake-flavored pink, purple, and blue.

Although, there’ll be no way to miss these in the cereal aisle, keep an eye out for these boxes in early 2018.

Unicorn Pizza Is A Slice of Magic

There appears to be one food item that had yet to be unicorn-ized, and now, Unicorn Pizza can be crossed off the list.

Brought to us by Industry Kitchen in NYC, the ‘pizza’ is round and cut into slices, but it’s actually a giant sugar cookie. What makes it worthy of being called ‘unicorn’ is that the rainbow cookie is topped with Pop Rocks, sprinkles, and cotton candy.

It’s actually referred to as ‘Pop Candy Land Pizza’ on Industry Kitchen’s menu — but, as we all know, cotton candy and sprinkles in the same place equals unicorn.

Starbucks Dragon Frappuccino Is Here To Slay The Unicorn

Just what we need to end the Unicorn Frappuccino — hopefully by lighting it on fire and watching it turn to ash. The Dragon Frappuccino is our new gaudy blender drink, that should start filling up our Instagram feeds any second.

Created by a few Starbucks baristas, it’s a “green tea frap with vanilla bean powder and some berry cup swirl,” borrowing a few leftover ingredients from the now extinct Unicorn Frapp.

We’re not sure exactly where the Dragon Frapp might be available but, if interested, keep an eye out around Starbucks for scorched earth, or angry treasure-seeking dwarves.
