Meat Rushmore, Mount Rushmore Recreated With 1,600 Pounds of Beef Jerky

Nothing says “Murica” quite like our national landmarks and dehydrated beef. So, to show some patriotism and to celebrate National Jerky Day, Jack Link’s created Meat Rushmore.

The famous mountainside depicting four of the United States’ most beloved Presidents, was recreated using 1,600 pounds of beef jerky.

The 13-foot tall, 17-foot wide meat sculpture was on display in New York City yesterday for Jerky Day, where passersby were encouraged to take a “selfie” with the sculpture. Isn’t that technically a “jerkie”?
