Apologies if you’re partaking in the low-carb trend, but the work of artist Sabine Timm is too cute not to share.
Timm uses ordinary pieces of white bread, rye and whole grain to make the most adorable bread art ever. Extra foodstuffs are used to give the carby characters expressions and extra facial features. See more of Timm’s work over on Instagram.
Do you ever feel like your food is staring back at you? Apparently, artist Victor Nunes sees faces in almost everything, and creates characters from random foodstuffs and other objects.
He’s also been known to bring loaves of bread and bananas to life with a little creative carving. Check out some more of Nunes’ work, or feel free to create your own food faces.

Can Man is a series of street art by My Dog Sighs. Using found cans, the artist paints faces on the bottom, mimicking the intricacies of an aged metal can — helping to bring them to life, and to stare at you judgingly while you walk down the street.
