Rainbow Éclairs And Other Cream-Filled Art

September 11, 2013 by Chris Durso

1

Éclairs, or as we refer to them here at Foodiggity, “Cream Torpedos,” have gotten a significant upgrade. Brought to us by French pastry chef, Christophe Adam, he transforms our torpedos into works of art almost too good too eat. Almost.

In addition to rainbow éclairs, Adam uses creative ingredients, and in some cases digital printing, to make these very fattening masterpieces. They can be seen/bought/consumed at Adam’s concept store, L’éclair de Génie, located in The Marais.
