On a farm far far away… Oregon poultry farmer, Mark Anderson, reused a few discarded movie billboards to provide coverage for his chicken coop. By upcycling the vinyl ad for Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Andersen created a very colorful and imposing shelter for his baby chicks.
Too bad they’ll have to stare at a promotion for Episode I during their formative years — the poor little future McNuggets.
So this happened… The World’s Largest Chicken Nugget was inexplicably created by Empire Kosher Poultry.
Many chickens were harmed in the making of the 51.1-pound ‘nugget,’ which took 45-minutes to deep-fry. Although at this size, it’s hardly a ‘nugget’ anymore. Let’s just all agree to disagree and call it the world’s largest ‘chicken slab.’ Now where’s the gallon of sweet and sour sauce?
So this is happening. There has certainly been no shortage of Fifty Shades of Grey parodies. But now, we see cookbooks getting in on the erotic action, with Fifty Shades of Chicken. The question then becomes, how one spins an erotic novel/porn into a cookbook. But it will surely involve pages and pages of heavy brining, trussing, and the occasional spatchcocking.
