There’s no denying that a burger is vastly improved when topped with cheese. However, when said cheese isn’t melted upon the patty, but rather delivered in a violent cheese explosion, there may be some mixed emotions.
Raw Material in New York City is making this Cheese Explosion Burger, by filling the top bun with a gooey cheese sauce. The anticipation of breaking the bun open is the fun part — as the diner cannot be sure if they’ll get a dribbler or a full-blown cheese volcano.
