Nothing says “America” like red, white and blue, superheroes, and novelty cakes. And they all came together for some lucky kid’s 4th birthday party, with the Captain America Cake. The blowing out of candles was then followed by the opening of presents, and a relentless stream of “U-S-A” chants from the parents.
