Sushi Donuts, Go Nuts

Stop eating sushi in boring cylinder-form… Sushi Donuts now exist.

Brought to us by the maker of Galaxy Donuts, Sam (@sobeautifullyraw), Sushi Donuts are our new circular obsession.

The best part, besides the potential for sushi donut holes, is that there’s no guilt in eating several dozen of these donuts. They’re vegan, formed in a donut mold without frying, and topped appropriately.

Sushi Donuts ? Simply grease a donut mould with coconut oil, mould in cooled sushi rice and then gently remove by lifting the pan upside down. Decorated with black sesame, ginger, wasabi, cashew Mayo & avocado ☺️? #vegan
