How To Make An Interlocking Bagel

Geometric sculptor and breakfast enthusiast, George Hart, brings us The Mathematically Correct Bagel. By strategically cutting the bagel in congruent halves, Hart is able to create two interlocking parts. Besides being super-cool, the math bagel actually provides more surface area for your cream cheese, and you can create a Möbius strip of lox.
