Coffee Jelly Will Help Start Your Day Off Jiggly

April 17, 2012 by Chris Durso

When in its standard-issue grape or strawberry flavor, jelly is usually nothing more than a gelatinous Garfunkel to a peanut butter Simon. Coffee Jelly looks to change all of that, and needs to harmonize with no one. Brought to us by Instructables, the rather simple recipe can be the first step to having a completely gelatinous breakfast. Now someone just needs to come up with Bacon and Eggs Jelly.

It’s actually been described as having a slightly bittersweet “caramel-ly” taste that complements vanilla ice cream, or makes a great marinade. The technique can be found here.
