Sure, you could present your menu on boring paper with fancy words in a tired font, or, you can get creative and present the entire meal on your face.
That’s exactly what Chef Robbie Postma, of J. Walter Thompson Amsterdam, decided to do. In collaboration with artist Robert Harrison, they’ve created MENU — actual ingredients presented on the chef’s face.
The MENU begins with vegetables and progresses through some main courses, wine, desserts and coffee. Each ingredient, down to the last coffee bean and grain, is genuine and was applied by hand.
