Whoopie Pies are a wonderful, albeit confusing dessert. Firstly, they’re sort of like sandwich cookies, with an outer layer that’s cake-like, yet, they’re called “pies.”
Nonetheless, whatever these things are, we can now see the process of how they’re made. And, whether you believe you’re watching cookies, cake, or pies being made — the process is hypnotizing, and I want whatever they are in my belly.
