The World’s Largest Nachos

The Ninety Nine Restaurant in Billerica, north of Boston, celebrated the return of nachos to the menu by creating a world-record 3,999-pound serving of nachos. The cheesy breakdown; 1,105 pounds of nachos, 825 lbs. of cheeses, 439 pounds of cheese sauce, 451 pounds of salsa, 459 pounds of chili, 199 pounds of jalapeño peppers, 90 pounds of diced red onion, 421 pounds of sour cream, and 8 pounds of chopped cilantro.
