Mac Sabbath Is Your New Favorite McDonald’s-Themed Heavy Metal Band

Nothing says ‘heavy metal’ quite like a crazy clown mascot and whatever Grimace is. So, it only makes sense that Mac Sabbath is now a thing.

The McDonald’s-themed band pays tribute to the originators of heavy metal, Black Sabbath, by replacing their titles and lyrics with ones that are more McDonald’s-appropriate. The Black Sabbath standard ‘Paranoid’ becomes ‘Pair-a-Buns,’ while ‘Iron Man’ is turned into ‘Frying Pan’… and so on and so forth.

The tribute band is unsurprisingly fronted by a Ronald McDonald/Ozzy hybrid, while Mayor McCheese picks up the Tony Iommi duties. Your McRhythm section has Hamburglar on drums, while Grimace is on bass.

I, for one, am not looking forward to the Ronald McDio version of this. Please watch.

Slayer Cutting Board Will Have It Raining Blood In The Kitchen

Showing some mad woodworking skills and a penchant for thrash metal, Instructables member redbadger132 brings us the Heavy Metal Cutting Board.

The board is made mostly from walnut, whose dark appearance goes well with the theme. But, what makes this wood cutting board truly metal is the hard maple inlay of a Slayer logo.

The Best Music Video About Watermelons That You’ll See Today

If you love watermelon, as Tom Rosenthal does, you might go so far as to dress up like one and dedicate a song and music video to it… like Tom did. Watermelons make us do strange things.

In this bizarre video, appropriately titled ‘Watermelon,’ we see Tom dressed as the large fruit, prancing and singing along the countryside.

The lyrics go something like… ‘Watermelon, watermelon, watermelon, watermelon, it’s watermelon time.” And, so on and so forth. Please watch.

Orchestra Performs After Eating The World’s Hottest Pepper

As a fun social experiment, and to help make watching classical music more tolerable, The Danish National Chamber Orchestra recently performed after all members ingested the world’s hottest pepper.

Although the pepper is never identified by variety, we assume by its appearance and “World’s Hottest’ claim that it’s the Carolina Reaper. Either way, the musicians endure until they can no longer fight through the tears and the peppers eating away at their innards. Please watch…

Watch This Sushi Conveyor Belt Become A DJ Booth

Sitting at a traditional sushi restaurant can be awfully quiet, and there’s hardly ever any techno to help get the sushi party started.

Red Bull, with help from hip-hop producer Just Blaze and L.A. DJ TOKiMONSTA, created a fully-functional sequencer from an existing sushi conveyor belt. Using the actual sushi that’s slowly making its way along the track, the plate’s colors trigger its own sick beat. Sushi party, started.
