We’ve seen latte art go full-color and 3-D. Now, courtesy of Leo’s Espresso, we get it all in one cup.
The Hong Kong-based shop uses colored milk-foam to create cute characters that emerge from your cup. The hardest part will be plunging your spoon through the head of an adorable bear, elephant or bunny. Check them out below.

We appear to have reached peak rainbow. Already, this week alone, we’ve seen Rainbow Grilled Cheese and Rainbow Pizza. Now, coffee has decided to get in on the colorful-action with Rainbow Latte Art.
The colorful coffee-works are brought to us by Las Vegas-based barista, Mason Salisbury, and posted to his Instagram account ibrewcoffee. By adding food coloring to the steamed milk before pouring, Mason is able to present coffee in full-color.
See more below and over at Instagram.

Sure, they make perfect Tic-Tacs and Twinkies, but Minions could also be immortalized in milk foam.
Barista and coffee artist, Melannie Aquino, is in on the Minions craze. She creates these adorable little guys, and a lot of other coffee cartoon characters, at Elite Audio Coffee Bar in San Francisco.

Coffee… It helps make us less ornery in the morning, and now it’s being used to tell a touching love story.
Latte Motion is a cute animation that uses upwards of 1,000 cups of coffee, latte art, and stop-motion animation to create the story of a couple getting together.
The animation is brought to us by Japanese company, Ajinomoto General Foods, to promote its latte drink flavoring, Maxim Stick. Please watch this.
