IHOP Is A Mean One, Creates Grinch Pancakes

Do not adjust your screens, those are certified green pancakes. IHOP is trying to get folks into the holiday spirit, and promote the new animated The Grinch with Grinch-themed menu items.

Besides the green pancakes topped with cream cheese topping, candy hearts and green whipped cream — there’s a Who-Roast Beast Omelette, Whoville Holiday Cheesecake French Toast and a Minty Who Hot Chocolate.

No mention if IHOP will also pair this green eggs and ham. Perhaps a secret menu is in order?

IHOP Is Releasing A Pumpkin Pancake Beer Because Nothing Makes Sense Anymore

IHOP, no longer content with selling pancakes and questionable rebranding, is getting into the beer business.

Officially titled, IHOPS, the beer draws from the restaurant chain’s specialty and seasonality with this pumpkin pancake stout. And, if you’re wondering if the IHOP beer will actually taste like pancakes, apparently, they’re using actual pancake batter in the stuff. So, this makes for some perfect breakfast drinking.

IHOPS will be available in very limited availability, including the Bacon and Beer Classic in NYC this weekend — which Foodiggity will be attending, and will report back on this brew. Breakfast is gonna rule!
