Cat Donuts Win The Internet

donut-1

Until now, the internet has sustained itself with a steady dose of cat videos and the latest donut news. Now, prepare for the two worlds to finally collide, and for the possibility of the internet imploding in on itself.

Cat Donuts are inspired by the Japanese anime series One Nya Hup. We don’t want to give too much away here, but the cartoon follows the trials and tribulations of… Wait, who cares?!? Cat Donuts!!!

Sorry, but the donuts will only be available for a limited time in Japan. In its stead, please accept this video of cat donuts.

Sushi Donuts

Time to make the sushi. Brought to us by California-based Psycho Donuts, Psycho Psushi combines two of our favorite food groups, sushi and donuts.

The sweet treats are served in a bento box with chopsticks. No mention if there’s a California Roll donut for tentative donut eaters.

Meatloaf Dunkin Donuts

AprilFoolsDunkinDonuts16

As an April Fool’s joke, Jill of Kitchen Fun With My Three Sons made what seems like a nice box of Dunkin’ Donuts and coffee. But upon further inspection — or if you took a bite expecting a sweet treat — you’d discover the donuts are actually meatloaf with mashed potato “icing.”

Although, this appears to be more of a revelation than a joke. We’re always looking for a more convenient way to eat meatloaf on the go. And the coffee… It’s gravy, also to go. Genius! Get the recipe and technique here.

A Donut Camera That Takes Instagram-Like Photos

1

You’ve probably taken your share of donut pictures on Instagram. Now you can take those pseudo-vintage pics WITH a donut. The Doughnut Camera is a 3-megapixel chocolate-frosted digital camera.

Use the included color filter options to make your pics appear old-school, or shoot some retro-looking video. Although a Japanese product, it is available internationally here.
