Cannoli Beer Exists

Cannoli is the plural form of cannolo, as in, “I was only going to have one cannolo and, before I knew it, I’d eaten twelve cannoli.” This language can now be applied to your alcohol consumption with Cannoli Beer.

Brought to us by Connecticut-based Shebeen Brewing Company, the dessert beer should help brighten up the holidays, whether you’re just drinking a cannolo or a six-pack of cannoli.

Shebeen distributes throughout Connecticut, New Jersey, the Carolinas and parts of Pennsylvania and Florida. You can keep an eye out for availability of Cannoli Beer in your area here.

Leave The Gun, Take The Bacon Cannoli

Bacon Cannoli, brought to us by Thrillist, is a creative way to put delicious strips of bacon to use. Simply whip up the cheese filling, insert it into its new bacon shell, and dip it in chocolate chips.

The best part, is that the dessert will cover every part of the palate… salty, sweet, savory and bacon. Bacon’s a thing, I checked. Recipe here.

Oreo Cannoli Are Definitely Dunk-Worthy

While there appears to be a new Oreos flavor released every week, it’s refreshing to see someone paying homage to the original chocolate creme cookie.

Food artist Josh Elkin is paying that homage in the form of Oreo Cannoli. Chocolate shells are formed from the Oreo cookies, then house the Oreo creme-filling.
