This week on Food Art Friday, we cover one of our favorites here at Foodiggity — San Francisco-based artist and meat connoisseur Alyson Thomas.
Alyson Thomas is certainly not your typical fine artist. For one, not many others are authorized to add ‘Esq.’ to their name, as she’s a former lawyer who quit her job to pursue an art career. Secondly, we have yet to find anyone this obsessed with figuring out the ‘meat-analogous subcomponents’ of everything they see and turning it into art.
