Do you ever wonder why Americans are so fat, but you might be too lazy (or fat, or both) to do any real research? This handy infographic is here to help.

It not only highlights our collective addiction to artificial sweeteners and French Fries — but claims that the average American has been known to consume 110 pounds of red meat in any given year. And imagine how embarrassing that number would be, if there were no vegetarians. It’s good to know that they’re good for something.
