Snow Cone Cupcakes

Just in time for ice cream truck season, is a recipe for Snow Cone Cupcakes. Brought to us by Bakerella, the cupcakes use a simple technique of multi-colored batter and sprinkles to create the shaved ice effect.

But, unlike an actual snow cone, they won’t fly out of the cup when you squeeze them too hard.
