Thinking of having Mary Jane over for dinner? Cannabis Catering abides. The San Francisco-based operation specializes in marijuana-laced cuisine and offers service of four or five course meals.
Founder Frederick Nesbitt is a California Culinary Academy-trained chef, so there are some skills involved in this gimmick. But lacing food with marijuana comes at a price — around $100/person. Perhaps because the meal now has a ‘street value’.
We also wonder if there is a point in having multiple courses? If the first course is laced with ganja, diners would probably then be content with a follow-up of Mac and Cheese, and a can of Pringles.

Not sure the actual method of getting pot into items such as mashed potatoes and demi glace, but apparently each meal contains the equivalent of three to five pot cookies. Only one way to find out… Anyone have a med card?
Well, It does look pretty. Not sure I’d go for this though. So how do they ‘lace’ the food besides using it as garnishes?
