Plasma Gas Hand Sanitizer

February 16, 2010 by Chris Durso

According to the NY Times, this hand sanitizer will rid your hands of even the stingiest bacteria using room-temperature plasma gas.

This begs a few questions:

  • Are we actually killing bacteria, or just making it angrier?
  • Is the thumb purposely left out so that I can text at the same time?
  • How will I wash my kid’s mouth out with this?

From what we understand… It is still merely a prototype. The NY Times article that we have linked to has a lot more info.
