Burger King Japan Unveils A Pizza-Sized Burger

November 3, 2011 by Chris Durso

Because nothing is ever bigger in Japan — Burger King Japan has decided to change that, with a hamburger that can only be described as ‘Americanesque’. The pizza-sized hamburger will be available for the holidays, November 11 through December 22.

And the resemblance to pizza doesn’t appear to end with its size, as the bun is scored to encourage slicing and sharing with friends. Sharing is where the comparison to anything American actually ends. Merii Kurisumasu!

It does look awful ‘bready’ now that you’ve mentioned it. Where is the beef? Where’s that old lady when we need her?
