Snoopy 3D Latte Art

snoopy-latte

We’ve seen the three-dimensional works of latte artist Kazuki Yamamoto before. But now there’s Snoopy.

Everyone’s favorite beagle was adorably re-created in foam, as Yamamoto gets ready for an epic latte art showdown in Tokyo.

Unless someone else is recreating that moment when Lucy pulls the football away, as Charlie Brown goes flying over the coffee cup — we’d say Yamamoto’s got this one.

A Vending Machine That Prints Latte Art

If you’re in a rush, but desperately need some latte art, the Yojiya Café vending machine is here to help. Located at the Haneda Airport in Tokyo, Japan — the machine will not only dispense a hot latte in an instant, but will add a little art on your foam.

Although the machine is certainly no electronic Picasso, an instant artsy latte will run you only ¥200, or approximately $2 USD. What, no 3-D?

Attention, all other latte artists… Your work sucks. Osaka-based barista Kazuki Yamamoto has added a new dimension to the frothy art form — creating 3D latte art.

Whether it’s a cat transitioning from one cup to another, or Yamamoto simply showing off by constructing a giraffe — there’s now a new frightening standard in temporary coffee art.
