Entenmann’s Box Cake

If you grew up somewhere that Entenmann’s was not available, then I can’t help but feel bad for you. But for those in the know — the cakes, cookies, and logs of raspberry danish are store-bought baked goods nirvana. The stark white box with blue logo is recognizable from a supermarket’s length away, and nothing is more depressing than an empty one.

So it should be no surprise that someone chose to have the Entenmann’s Box Cake at their wedding. The groom’s cake was created by Cake Power in NYC, and was made to replicate the supermarket staple ‘Chocolate Fudge Cake’.
