A Visual Exploration of The Ingredients In Processed Foods

ingredients-header

Sure, we could just read the ingredient list on the processed foods we eat. But, we usually have no idea what those ingredients are, and we’re still not convinced that some of them are actual words. I mean, Isoamyl Acetate? Ha, nice try.

Ingredients: A Visual Exploration of 75 Additives & 25 Food Products lays it all out — literally. The book not only breaks down the ingredient list in popular foods to prove that they’re real — but it provides an aesthetically-pleasing, albeit disturbing, image of all of them together. Ha, gelatin… classic!
