Three-dimensional latte art has certainly picked up steam over the past few years. But never, at least to this VW-owner’s knowledge, has anyone rendered our beloved automobile in foam… until now.
Latte artist Kazuki Yamamoto is at it again. This time, teaming up with Volkswagen Japan to create a 3-D Latte Volkswagen Beetle on a coffee. Now, that’s Fahrvergnügen!

Everyone’s favorite beagle was adorably re-created in foam, as Yamamoto gets ready for an epic latte art showdown in Tokyo.
Unless someone else is recreating that moment when Lucy pulls the football away, as Charlie Brown goes flying over the coffee cup — we’d say Yamamoto’s got this one.

When you absolutely positively need some 3D latte art, but possess no artistic ability or you’re just lazy — there’s now pre-made latte marshmallows that are here to help.
Officially titled Cat Cafe, the kitty-themed line of marshmallows will float in your coffee, adding that third dimension. They might even be convincing enough to fake out the most astute of latte snobs. Check out more here.

The Hong Kong-based shop uses colored milk-foam to create cute characters that emerge from your cup. The hardest part will be plunging your spoon through the head of an adorable bear, elephant or bunny. Check them out below.
